When was the last time you were thanked for the safety training you provided? How often do you hear employees asking for more safety training?  We hear from our clients quite frequently that, after their first SafeStart class they are being thanked, and after unit 5 are being asked for more.  Fortunately, with our home and sustainability programs, there is more (a lot more!) to offer employees.

In many cases, we also hear directly from employees.  We have thousands of testimonials, feedback and stories from them (literally filing cabinets full)—a few of which are included in our testimonials brochure. Their comments show great enthusiasm for SafeStart—not the responses typically associated with safety training.

Many times we hear how SafeStart has changed the way they do something or helped them (or a family member) avoid an injury.  These results can’t be measured but are truly invaluable to us and to our clients.  Where results are measured, like our consultant training ratings from employees, they are overwhelmingly positive.

The positive reaction from employees is no surprise.  The whole SafeStart process is very personal and relates specifically to their lives, 24/7. Everything is real and therefore resonates with their own experience and knowledge of injuries. It also gives them specific skills they can use right away to see improvement in their own safety and for their family members.
