The positive reaction from employees is no surprise. The whole SafeStart process is very personal and relates specifically to their lives, 24/7. Everything is real and therefore resonates with their own experience and knowledge of injuries. It also gives them specific skills they can use right away to see improvement in their own safety and for their family members.
