Risk Assessment and the Human Factor at the ASSE Central Valley Symposium

2017 Central Valley ASSE Safety Symposium

This October, the Central Valley ASSE Safety Symposium will provide industry professionals with an opportunity to learn about the best practices in Safety, Health & Environment. Gary Higbee, SafeStart Senior Safety Consultant, will discuss the subject of Risk Assessment and the Human Factor in his keynote presentation at 11:45 a.m. He will explain how traditional approaches to risk assessment do not include all factors—if risk assessment analysis is expanded to include human error, it can become much more robust and effective.

The Symposium also features an exhibition of over 20 sponsors and vendors allowing attendees to talk to other professionals and learn about additional development in EHS. Gary is a widely recognized speaker within the safety industry not only because of his years of experience but also because he’s an inspiring and interesting presenter. You don’t want to miss his session!

The Central Valley ASSE Safety Symposium will be held on October 25 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Fresno Convention Center in Fresno, CA and you can register here.
